The Best Way to Know How Much Water to Drink

The answer is simple and may surprise you

Growing up in the 70s, we lived in a home with a well. The iron content was high and the water smelled like rotten eggs.

However, years later my parents were able to have it corrected and now their well provides the best tasting water I’ve ever had.

I drink a lot of water — so much so that one year I actually went to my family doctor to be tested for diabetes. Thank God I am not diabetic; just a lover of water.

Here in Canada, we take water for granted.
