Move to Mayo aims to showcase that Mayo is the best place to live and work from, offering an exceptional work/life balance as Mayo is one of the best counties in the country to “go wild” in as well as one of the most entrepreneurial with a multitude of enterprise hubs dispersed throughout the county, offering plenty of choice and flexibility for business start-ups and remote working opportunities.

Mayo County Council, in partnership with the Halo Business Angel Network, Western Development Commission and the European Entrepreneurial Region is launching a dedicated business competition offering a €10,000 prize fund for a business to re-locate to Mayo and base your operations here. As well as that, the costs of renting a space in one of our many hubs located all around the county will be covered for a year.

Mayo can be the perfect location for you to set up or relocate your business to, providing a strong entrepreneurial community to base yourself in, as well as internationally renowned amenities and attractions to enjoy when not working.
