KINDNESS IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

Kindness is the care with the light of concern and love.Its the feeling comes from the purity of heart that everyone can feel even if that person is deaf or blind.Kindness is fundamental to the human existence.During our lives, we are the only mammals with a prolonged gestation period. Other creatures rely on support for a brief time before becoming self-reliant. We are powerless at birth and depend on our caregivers to provide for our needs[1], same is the case when we reached the old age.Many times I saw and experience the magic of kindness in my life.Now I will share a few of my recent experiences with the kindness:

My teammate was upset, his face and eyes were red I can’t see her like that. I talked to her for 15 to 20 minutes and she was relaxed and started talking and smiling and share his issue as she was suffering in her life. I did nothing, just listen, motivate and give hope to save our self with sorrow and grief.Be the light in the deep, dark troughs of life by giving hopes.

At the same time my other dedicated teammate was unable to come at work place without telling any reason before,that creates a little bit tense situation Same situation when you see other players of your team not coming right at the peak of workload.She was also not picking the calls, I just worried and tried again.Then finally, she picked call and I asked her: Everything is fine? are you feeling well? and listen to her. She said I was not okay before but now I am feeling well after this small talk.This resolve all that tense situation and makes me satisfied that all is well.

When I came to the hostel at 4 PM , I saw our room cleaner lady sitting on the stairs.I talked to her about herself and offer fruit to her. This little kindness brings a precious smile to her face that made her day a special one.I feel like a rainbow appears around that encircle us by hiding the clouds of stress. She gave many good wishes in return that we ever needed in our lives.

Later on in hostel, I was busy and indulged in my work. My door knocked at 10 PM and two junior stepped ahead.One needed help in her studies and other looked at the peak of stress. I said I will definitely try to help you in this subject tomorrow. She became happy and went back to her room.Second one is still quiet, putting his head down, I asked a few random general questions to stop thinking about what she was doing at that time.It was bit sever as she already cried 2 times even I thought she was a strong sports girl.I listened to her and motivate by sharing a few stories of hope and positiveness to life and offer her few food items for breakfast.By spending 3 hours, she went by saying you are the 1st person in my life that made me self motivated know to onward and I felt happy by seeing her happy just like I achieved the goal to be a human being.As the saying: “ One small act of kindness , One giant leap of Humanity.

Being kind and helping others makes the life more beautiful then our imagination.I find out that “ when you are kind to others, you feel that all things around you trying to makes you happy and fill your heart with satisfaction and play the leading role in success of your life”.Every person is passionate to be a successful person and success secret is:
